| Can I use my drop on carpet or an uneven surface? |

Our drop should only be used on a hard flat smooth surface. Using them on a soft or uneven surface will greatly increase the risk of damage. |
| Do you offer custom designs to be printed? |
| |
YES! We will accept your photograph or vector art design to be printed. The custom drops cost an additional $15. To order a custom image, please select your product and applicable size then checkout. Please send an email with your attached image to orders@sosocreative.com with your order number in the subject line.
*Photos can only printed 60 inches wide by 7 1/2 ft. long. Photos should be as hi-res as possible. The higher the resolution the better the image with no files over 20MB. Vector art can be printed in any length from 5-10 ft. |

We use a 60 inch large format printer which produce high quality photo-realistic images. |
| How do I store my backdrop or floordrop? |
| |
You may leave your drop hanging but it is always best to store it rolled in the tube in which it was shipped. |
| What are the Backdrops and Floordrops made of? |
| |
100% Canvas backdrops and floordrops are made from heavy weight canvas. It is the same canvas used by our sister company to print gallery wraps. This is the most durable option and comes sprayed with a UV protective spray. It also has a matte finish for glare-free photos.
Canvas-vinyl blend is a material made of canvas with 2 thin layers of vinyl on the outside with a 100% GLARE-FREE matte surface. It is more durable than the poly-paper and less susceptible to creasing however it should still be stored in the tube.
Polypaper is a material that feels like heavy paper but is actually a material called polypropylene. It is water-resistant and flexible with a matte finish so it is 100% GLARE-FREE. While this material is great it is also most prone creasing and polypaper backdrops and floordrops should be stored rolled and in the tube.
As with any product you purchase for your photography business taking care of it essential to to being able to use it for a long period of time. To minimize the risk of damage including creases and scuffs please handle your drops with care and store them rolled. For canvas drops only we spray them with a matte UV protective coating that will help extend the life of the product. |
| What are the doubleshot fun drops? |

Our Double-Shot Fun Drops come in 5' x 8' and 5' x 10' sizes that allow you to print 1 backdrop and 1 floordrop together on the same drop. With two printed together there is a cost savings as compared to buying each individually. This offers a complete setup in one or they can be turned around and used as individual designs. |
| What happens if my backdrop or floordrop gets wet? |
| |
DO NOT RUB your drop if it gets wet. Wiping, rubbing or using anything with chemicals (Ex. Baby wipes) on the image could remove the matte finish as well as part of the image. For UV protected CANVAS drops gently blot dry. For Poly-vinyl or Poly-paper drops very gently blot and allowed to air dry. Wiping or rough blotting will cause damage to your drop. We spray all canvas drops with a UV coating that will extend the life of the drop. For other materials you can also do this yourself.

| How do I protect and extend the life of my drop? |

Your drops need to be taken care of, especially floordrops. We suggest spraying them with a UV lamination spray to protect against water and scuffing. We spray all canvas drops at no additional charge. |
